Your health-care provider will keep track of the shots they give in your child's medical chart. But it's your responsibility to keep a record, too. This is especially important in case you move or get shots at more than one office. Ask your doctor or clinic for an immunization record.

Traveling to India.
It's recommended to get a TB vaccination in India. Check with your pediatrician in India. If your kid stays for a longer time, your kid can get vaccination's in India and bring the proof of vaccination from your Indian doctor.
